Time to Plant Perennials and Shrubs To Enjoy Next Year

Perennials and flowering shrubs do best when added to the garden in fall. The cooler weather, and extra moisture helps the plants settle in and begin to develop roots for spring. So if you have a corner of the yard that needs a makeover, now might be the time to do it!

In broad daylight a cougar sneaks into the garden and plants flowers and there just happens to be a cameraman.

Hi Laura, can you do an update of how these plants are doing?

I’m loving your videos! Do you have any full shade perennial videos or plans? We’ve moved to a new house with mature trees in front and back and there are rock beds around front and back of house with no plants. I’m ready to fill in the beds to soften the space but am concerned because most "shade" plants still need some sun and my areas are almost no direct sun at all.
