Yes, I am a gardener. My thumb isn’t always green but I love growing summer squash & zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I love flowers also and have lots f daylilies, irises, and peonies. I have lots of pots on our deck – yet to be planted this spring. I love the wreath on the backdoor and your straw hat! You did a great job on this spruce-up!

So pretty! We are moving into a house and I’m so excited to decorate and make the space ours and I love to garden but we live in an appointment at the moment so I’m excited to see how my garden will be when it’s not all in hanging baskets and pots!

  41. Kellie Westley on July 10, 2019 at 2:45 pm

Great job! Love your wreaths! Happy Easter 🐣

  43. Sebrina Luc on July 10, 2019 at 2:49 pm

Love the transformation. My entryways are a mess and need a new makeover esp my front porch. Love the table and setup. While I have not done much when it comes to flowers, we have 4 gardens each year. My favorite thing to grow is herbs and I hope to expand on it this year. We grow okra, tomatoes, corn, radish, cucumbers, sweet peppers, potatoes, snap peas, green beans, lettuce, asparagus, zucchini, and neck pumpkins. Some times I manage to grow gourds as well.

  44. Lindsey Domer on July 10, 2019 at 2:50 pm

I thought your front porch makeover was amazing, but your back porch is even better! Your back porch looks better than my front entry. πŸ˜… Absolutely love the color of the door and all the greenery. Using the potpourri vase for flowers looks so pretty. How did you hang the window on the siding? Did you nail right in, or did you use command strips or anything?

  45. Mykayla Coffman on July 10, 2019 at 2:50 pm

What do you use to hang things on your siding? I’ve never hung anything outside like this because I don’t want to drill into my siding. TIA!

  46. Tammy Carlson on July 10, 2019 at 2:51 pm

Great job..! Actually the vase is just that a vase and those holes are considered a β€œfrog”…holds the fresh flowers upright. I am a floral designer of 35 years and yes I love gardening. Perennials are my favorite to plant. I love to design large planters for my porch and patio with annuals. I change up color themes every year. This year is all shades of lavender and purple. Of course I have to have my ferns. Happy gardening…πŸƒπŸŒΏπŸŒΈπŸ

nice simple and natural sometimes is overwhelming when people do it to fancy , nice tips

  48. Brittany Allen Crafts on July 10, 2019 at 2:52 pm

Wow. Amazing transformation! Tfs. And I love to garden. I have a few plants right now. But I have like 10 planters with seeds just popping up, or still germinating. Plus the seeds I’m germinating inside!! Cant wait until they are blossoming and I can enjoy not only their beauty of the flower, but the beauty in the fact that I brought something from seed into something pretty to look at.

  49. Jo Long on July 10, 2019 at 2:52 pm

Beautiful!! I dont have a green thumb either. Can only grow kiddos and purple hull peas!!! Lol

  50. Barbie Terpstra on July 10, 2019 at 2:53 pm

Love the color you chose for the door! Everything looks so nice. I love to garden. This year, I am especially proud of my 6 little pineapple fruits growing on the pineapple plants in our little backyard pineapple "grove" in southwest Florida.
