If u glue the solar lights facing upward u could actually use these as a practical outdoor light. Easy fix

  2. Manu Müller on July 26, 2019 at 2:33 pm

Die Ideen sind klasse! Aber wie sollen sich die solarlampen aufladen?

And how would you recharge them if you put it upside down or block the solar panel?

  15. paxsmile on July 26, 2019 at 2:44 pm

For all the people saying they won’t recharge upside down, they can be taken out charged and put back in, it’s meant for a party or something not forever.. geez

  16. Audra Upshaw on July 26, 2019 at 2:44 pm

Some have already said this, but solar lights have to be contained in something where water can drain away from them. Those are fine if you are intending to use them as a one time party light and take them down, but if those get rained on and submerged in water, they likely won’t work anymore. In addition, they won’t charge if they are upside down and the panel isn’t exposed to sunlight.

  25. Rose on July 26, 2019 at 2:55 pm

Those lamps hanging in the trees are a great way to collect rain water and ruin the light…

  26. trans am on July 26, 2019 at 2:56 pm

Look again they are facing upward

  27. Grammy's Pa-Jammies on July 26, 2019 at 2:59 pm

What is the purpose behind shaking an item that is being shown? This seems to be the trend with youtubers these days. Instead of shaking the light that is being shown, just show it. Shaking takes away from the item as it cannot be fully seen while being shaken.

  28. Jb on July 26, 2019 at 3:00 pm

    stupid

  29. anthony whitehouse on July 26, 2019 at 3:01 pm

I’ve never thought of using lights as lights. Fgs .

  32. G. G. on July 26, 2019 at 3:03 pm

The best part of the video is the 3:39 mark

  33. rollercoastergeek on July 26, 2019 at 3:03 pm

I don’t think you understand what the word “solar” means…

  34. Tim Gruver on July 26, 2019 at 3:04 pm

Hey dumbass, the solar panel needs to be face up or facing the light (sunlight) to charge the little battery. Putting them face down won’t work for more than one or two nights.

  35. Pam H. on July 26, 2019 at 3:08 pm

I agree with another commenter…I think these are meant to be for an evening gathering/party/whatever, not to be left upside down/in the rain, etc., on an ongoing basis!
Just like Other party decorations are temporary!

  36. Gus Tav on July 26, 2019 at 3:11 pm

So, basically, deconstruct the solar light and use the actual light in place of a votive candle. Good to know.

  37. Staring at the Black Sun Trying to SEE THE LIGHT on July 26, 2019 at 3:12 pm

Holy crappy put on some foundation, lip gloss, just anything that moon pie face is scaring the … moon.

  38. Paul Jay on July 26, 2019 at 3:12 pm

How do the light charge if they are upside down? 🤔

  39. Skip St. George on July 26, 2019 at 3:15 pm

Derr God, kill that annoying “music”.

  40. M Smith on July 26, 2019 at 3:15 pm

    Very cool!

  41. pj Finn on July 26, 2019 at 3:16 pm

Excellent ideas, very creative. Cat is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

  42. bkrbkrl on July 26, 2019 at 3:16 pm

The first one is the only practical one. In the others they can’t recharge unless removed and placed in the sun.

  43. Swan Princess on July 26, 2019 at 3:20 pm

    Love that solar diy!

  44. brenda ingram on July 26, 2019 at 3:21 pm

This channel has really gone downhill. Desperate attempt to create bed content. Unsubscribed.

  45. Charlotte Lauterbach on July 26, 2019 at 3:27 pm

those are great ideas but the lights wont charge so its a waste of time. Sorry

  46. Donna Daly on July 26, 2019 at 3:28 pm

Maybe if you focussed on the hacks that actually worked ie that did not require turning the solar panel upside down thus meaning it would not charge up??? you would not have got enough footage to make this stupid video!!!! 👉😠👈

  47. BC Survivor on July 26, 2019 at 3:28 pm

The last ones don’t give off that much light.

  48. JoeyWyss junior on July 26, 2019 at 3:29 pm

Starts off great with project 1, the other two are complete crap.

  49. Dwanda Scott on July 26, 2019 at 3:31 pm

Those globes will get full of water and other outdoor stuff may work on covered patio or porch but not so much in a tree
how do they get sunlight turned upside down?

  50. DroolBunny XO on July 26, 2019 at 3:31 pm

Cute ideas. You just need to glue a piece of cut PVC tubing, old garden hose; a shot glass or something else inside to hold the light up. So the solar panel on top can charge.
