My daughter gave me zinnias in a small pot with seeds and soil. It’s staying inside. Please tell me how to keep them alive inside and how much sun and water to give it daily. Please help I want to keep it alive it was a Mother’s Day present and I’ve never had any plants or flowers to take care of.

  29. Brittny Blain on June 1, 2019 at 11:34 pm

I think you’re having trouble with certain flowers bc they need to be germinated in a dark place for a week to ten days usually

  30. Carmen Torres on June 1, 2019 at 11:36 pm

    Thank you. This was helpful.

  31. Jody Jansa on June 1, 2019 at 11:36 pm

Hey, so when you grow your cosmos and they’re all super close, do you separate those? Like how on packages, they’ll say to plant them 8” apart, do you do that? Or do you keep them clustered tight? I always feel like I’ll kill them when they’re so tight together bc they’re so delicate and their root systems are intertwined.

  32. Gardenia and all on June 1, 2019 at 11:37 pm

    Nice video, Thanks

  33. Alexa Ramirez on June 1, 2019 at 11:39 pm

This helped so much thank you. I’m barely starting to grow flowers and I’m 11. I have seashell cosmos

  34. Master Fargent on June 1, 2019 at 11:40 pm

Why do you have to wait a month before putting them outside?

  35. Marilyn Mclean on June 1, 2019 at 11:40 pm

Try planting a bed of Cosmo’s of just one type like Sensation..that is what I do. Moonflower is a vine that will return each year if planted at the base of a tree or fence. Good luck with your garden, I plant mine in large containers or in a big barrel for effect…

  36. Child Of GOD ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ on June 1, 2019 at 11:41 pm

How much water do you use on the flowers to ensure germination :0 ?
    -Thanks
    LORD be with you ❤️☺️❤️☺️

  37. Graciela Sandt on June 1, 2019 at 11:42 pm

I just came across your video and I am very happy I learned something new. A week ago, I planted my flower seeds for the first time but took them straight to the greenhouse. I guess, the problem was that since it is already very hot in the South the poor little things just died. I’ll try to grow some inside my house first and place them in front of the window and see if this time they’ll do good. Thanks!!!

  38. Ally Phillips on June 1, 2019 at 11:43 pm

I love flowers but I have never had the chance to plant some, and now I can, and I am barely 11 so I hope I can do well and continue to plant flowers!
