Patio MAKEOVER! | Back Porch Decorating Ideas | Spring 2020 Outdoor Decor | Home Staging

Hey there Designaholics!

This week, we decided to TOTALLY renovate a back patio / back porch area to make it more inviting! In order to get top dollar for this home, we knew we needed to play up this awesome selling feature, and it WORKED!

With a little paint, curtains, and staging, we were able to give this home a TROPICAL OASIS that it deserves!

Playing with color can be a fun way to bring brightness and happiness into an area, which is why we decided to ditch the chocolate brown walls and use a beautiful spring yellow! The backyard features a luxurious pool, so we carried that paradise feel into the back patio with tropical blue hues for maximum relaxation!

That’s a huge difference before and after, great work! Is there something that would have helped the top of the curtains to hang neater?

Lanterns are too big for the coffee table. Spray paints are winner. Great video!!

as always lovely! I would have painted the concrete had time and budget allowed, and not a fan of the out door curtains in general but that’s me.
