    most irritating video..and lots of talk n talk n talk n talk…

  2. B Cool on June 14, 2019 at 10:58 am

The Art Institute is a huge scam. You shouldn’t be suggesting people to go there. I went there, I know. I saw people desperately begging for help with job placement. Any for-profit school is not a great idea.

  3. Megan Wright on June 14, 2019 at 10:59 am

Also, what are your go to places for decorating on a budget?? Particularly rugs and bedding?

  7. Laura Dunmyer on June 14, 2019 at 11:04 am

You are so amazing! But, please don’t ever team up with the Art Institutes again! They are the worst scam known to the industry. Please do a quick Google search to see how many students are drowning in debt because of their tactics. You’re such a sweet person, I don’t think you want yourself associated with them. On a completely different note… your mom’s newest collab is the cutest! Cheers to both of you for doing what you love and sharing your talents.

It would help if you showed us a sketch of the entire space (or a photo) so we could try and implement in our own place.

Please, PLEASE check your sponsors out before accepting them. I love your channel and I’m so sad to hear you talking about AI. Those schools are scams. They take advantage of students, lie about programs and jobs after graduation, and there is no support when you leave. Several campuses are closing currently and there are a ton of lawsuits against them. Please, other viewers reading my comment, do NOT sign up for AI!

  20. Inside Jess Head on June 14, 2019 at 11:17 am

What about small windows do you still use long curtains

  21. CJ Young on June 14, 2019 at 11:18 am

for the desk to make more space, a folding up to the wall desk gives a bigger feel when the office is not in use is a great idea, i know i love mine. i did not buy one i made my own and that makes it cheaper too.

I love the gallery wall art. Beautiful job putting those together. I really appreciate the inspiration, I seriously struggle with that. Plus, bonus for me…same color palette…add to cart please.

Awesome as always!! Would love your tips for a combo living room/baby and toddler play room please!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

  25. Elaina Buie on June 14, 2019 at 11:28 am

The Art Institutes were literally sued for $11 *billion* by the US government for fraud. $11 billion. Their tuition is super expensive, so they set up their system to get vulnerable kids to sign up for federal loans with steep interest rates, and when kids eventually defaulted, Ai still got their money from the government. Crazy. I had a ton of friends who went to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and they are all livid over it. Stay away from them, please.

  26. Kim Bullett on June 14, 2019 at 11:28 am

Hi! I love what you did with their place. I tried to find the rug under the dining table that you purchased at World Market but couldn’t find it on the site. Can you tell me the name please? Thank you! And thank for the inspiration!

I went to boarding school at 13, does that count? Rent a room on my final year at the age of 24

  39. Jessica Salinas on June 14, 2019 at 11:43 am

I was young, only 19, when I moved into an apartment with my sister and a roommate who is now my husband. Love your videos, thank you for sharing with us. I did notice between the before and after that the office chair seemed to disappear. What would you recommend for that small workstation area? A stool that can be easily slid underneath? That’s not very comfortable for long working hours though…. hmmmmmm

I kept wondering what that weirdly shaped pillow Sharrah was holding, then it dawned on me- it’s a llama!!

  47. Angelina Hart on June 14, 2019 at 11:52 am

Ack! Please don’t support Art Institutes! You can get a decent degree from a real school! These are not professional schools! Most campuses are the quality of a high school vocational program, yet will set you back up to 100K. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH. Over half of the schools have been shut down when government controls got much stricter with debt ratio to earning potential. The president of the school was making MILLIONS while they target inner-city kids who couldn’t pass a basic placement test. They end up with debt over 45 times their earning capacity in some cases, saddling them with debt for a lifetime. The culinary degree, for example, qualifies you to work as a line cook making minimum wage after you graduate. You will NEVER pay back 80k in student loans on min wage. A degree from AI in culinary arts is NOT the same as going to somewhere like the International Culinary Center, and the prices are often comparable. I used to work for AI and took the job because it offered free tuition for my kids- I was SO excited until I learned about the horrors of this company. I quickly quit and recommend no one attend this type of school.
