Great job ! I totally understand your frustration with grouting the tray ;-< I just used the same sea glass for a birdbath, and it wasn’t easy. It does look high end though – really beautiful !

  2. S Perkins on October 3, 2022 at 7:23 pm

Beautiful as always. Thank you for the inspiration. I LOVE the coastal decor & the new shore living line at DT. I’m still on the search for some items I don’t think my Dollar Tree has everything out just yet. Thank you again, enjoy the rest of your weekend and have a happy Mother’s Day. Stay well. ❤️

On your Tray with Mosaic Sea Glass. You could have used Clear Epoxy over your sea glass so you don’t have to scrub or paint in between each piece of all that grout.

  17. kath oakes on October 3, 2022 at 7:37 pm

I know it’s a while since you made this. I love the tray so pretty and a lovely reminder of your holiday. Can I ask if your tattoo has a special meaning. It’s very nice.

  18. The Latina Next Door on October 3, 2022 at 7:37 pm

QUICK NOTE* If you wish to recreate the seashell DIY make sure to work outdoors and use a mask for protection against the sea shell dust. It can cause harm to lungs.

  19. Leah Mondragon on October 3, 2022 at 7:39 pm

I love all of your d IY

  20. Sonia Nugent on October 3, 2022 at 7:42 pm

Actually, the people of the islands would use various sizes of shells to create the shell strand wit more pearls in between. That would have gave it a more authentic look rather than cohesive. They are more layed back. I love what you did that is what they do for tourists, I like to go wher they live and look at how they do their homes

  21. The Penny Crafters on October 3, 2022 at 7:43 pm

The boat!!!!!! I’ve been wanting to make one for forever and I couldn’t figure out the base ! Omg you did a great job ! I’m totally trying it ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏

  22. Tuperladelcaribe Rodriguez on October 3, 2022 at 7:44 pm

I love the tray with sea glass, in fact I’m making one

  23. Debra Gommesen on October 3, 2022 at 7:50 pm

I think it might have worked better to pour a small amount of plaster into the tray and then putting the glass into it.

  24. Shari Cross on October 3, 2022 at 7:52 pm

A damp sponge would have been better in removing the excess grout and smoothing everything out.

  25. Maria - Harber on October 3, 2022 at 7:53 pm

    Great coastal diys, so pretty.
I’m liking the new angles your filming.

  27. Maria Mohamed on October 3, 2022 at 7:55 pm

I would of tried resin for the tray. U think maybe?

  28. Coastal Diva on October 3, 2022 at 7:55 pm

  33. Dani S. on October 3, 2022 at 8:02 pm

We also Love coastal decor. 🌴 You do BEAUTIFUL work! Always love to see your videos. Gracias 🙏🏽

  34. Tina Granados on October 3, 2022 at 8:02 pm

All were beautiful. An option instead of grout for the sea glass and tray would have been epoxy. I use it when putting sea glass on a table top. Also damping your cloth helps remove grout from the tile or the sea glass and shells in your case. Anyway you definitely made shells look great and not church crafty and I am definitely going to do the shell garland. That was an awesome idea,

  35. Lynn Oski on October 3, 2022 at 8:04 pm

I noticed that the drill bit danced across the sea shells while you tried to start the drilling. This has happened to me on surfaces that are not flat. I place a piece of painter’s tape onto the surface first. Mark the tape where you want to drill. This gives the drill bit something to grab onto and prevents the drill bit from moving. I hope this helps. Love all your videos!!!!!! Happy Crafting

  36. Carol Jones on October 3, 2022 at 8:04 pm

Great ideas. You are becoming my favorite crafter!

  37. Michelle Cowan on October 3, 2022 at 8:05 pm

Great video! Would you mind sharing which drill you use? I need one, but get a bit overwhelmed with all the options out there.🤪 I also don’t want to end up with one too heavy or bulky. I will need to order online as I live in a very small town with no response many options. Thank you!😊

  38. LaCretia Locke on October 3, 2022 at 8:06 pm

  39. Lydia Langford Joiner on October 3, 2022 at 8:07 pm

You are very talented, you have great taste and you make very helpful tutorials. Muchisimos Gracias!

  40. June Robbins on October 3, 2022 at 8:07 pm

Yes. Beautiful home decorative pieces !!!
I think that two beads between the shells would be better. It would create just a bit more space between them. However I do love the shell garland. It’s beautiful !!
The mosaic mother of pearl projevt is totally fantastic. It’s my faviorite in this video.
Can I have two faviorites ? Cause that bluish frame is stunning and the star fish finish it off.

  41. Ivy Dune on October 3, 2022 at 8:09 pm
