dont need expensive paint for this , walmart sells it for 50 cents a bottle and then you can let it dry and spray it with clear spray paint, will save ya a lot of money or modge podge it

  7. Sonia Lopez on June 6, 2020 at 6:02 pm

Terracota pots have to be sealed so the paint doesn’t crack after a while
    Very impt!!!!!!

Fun indeed! So many great tool ideas. To help with paint (over) absorption I’ve heard sanding the pots and a few coats of gesso will help. Also using enamel paints likeDecoArt Patio Paint or DecoArt’s Multi-surface Satin Acrylic paint work very well on terra cotta. I think both are UV resistant for your outdoor products. Thanks for sharing your time, talent, and inspiration.

This was a HUGE waist of time,!! Don’t bother to make a video if you don’t line up the camera properly first! The whole video was just looking at your mess and tops of pots!——-What a waste

    Which paint you have used

  29. K Sulli01 on June 6, 2020 at 6:30 pm

Just a thought, Seal Clay pots with a clear seal inside and out before painting with acrylic paints, then finish with a clear seal. This will keep your paints for a long time.

  36. P Campbell on June 6, 2020 at 6:39 pm

I just found this video and I just love how your pots turned out!! I am not an artist, but have a very crafty heart. I think I can do this and I was wondering if you would be willing to share what the exact colors you used on these pots? I am actually a rubber stamper (paper craft) so I think I might even be able to figure out how you made all of those cool stamps!! Thank you for sharing your talent!

  43. Linda B. on June 6, 2020 at 6:45 pm

Very cute! I always forget about using other objects aka trash, as design tools. And I like that you didn’t go with "less is more" idea. You have a lot going on design wise and it works, really cute!

  44. Priyanka Ghosh on June 6, 2020 at 6:46 pm
