Was this front yard full sun? Gorgeous btw, my front yard has morning shade and afternoon sun, so I’m wondering how these plants would work in my yard.

  29. Markie D on June 14, 2020 at 7:17 pm

Do those plants grow much more than that? Bc it looks great now, but I’m bad at maintaining lol

  30. Hali Burton on June 14, 2020 at 7:17 pm

To many plants for that size space. Looks nice now, but in a couple of years it will be all cramped and congested as they grow all over each other. You really only needed about half of those plants.

Way too many plants. In a year or two this shrub bed will be way overgrown. Remember the first year the plants sleeps, the second year it creeps, and the third year it leeps. You always want to plant shrubs and perennials far enough apart so they have room in the next couple years to grow.

  41. Laura Sambrano on June 14, 2020 at 7:29 pm

Where did you bought the water pipes or hose that you placed underneath the mulch?

Using a hedger is not as easy as it looks. They’re nice, as my sister used hers to make my garden this year and get rid of my grass but I’m too lightweight and even jumping on it couldn’t get it into the ground 😂. I’m 135lbs.
