…bjus

I always thought transplanting flowers in mid day exposes the plant root to the sun and it shocks them causing them to die is this true?? Iove how this came out it’s beautiful thank you for sharing! 😊

  17. kim mcdonald on August 25, 2019 at 7:31 pm

Should have put drainage months slurry cart before you put the soil back in. The plant roots may rot if too much wetness.

My favorite thing about watching you two is that you do it together. You balance each other out and involve family and friends. You make us feel a part of that. Thank you.

  29. Karen Younger on August 25, 2019 at 7:49 pm

Reminds me of my sister and I in TX. Huge planting designs with complex groupings of ‘stuff’ … Then. Comes the watering and drip systems … Finally a week later she would have one flower pot growing and i would have a hefty one vegatable yield! This is beautiful! I pray you get enough rain or willing hands to water.

  30. jean massey on August 25, 2019 at 7:49 pm

This is gorgeous! What are the red flowers in the back? Is this an area of full sun? I need shade lovers, and I am having trouble finding them. Any suggestions? I think I am in zone 8 or 9. Just a bit north west of Houston, TX.

  31. Ann Rogers on August 25, 2019 at 7:50 pm

    Absolutely beautiful

  32. Willothwispl x on August 25, 2019 at 7:53 pm

That looks great, the only thing I would turn that big trough in the back, that side by the sidewalk turn it a bit toward the building behind it make it slanted so no one runs into that corner. Just a suggestion. And then move the plants back toward it, sort of crossing that corner, thats an excellent spot for all those plants. Thats a cute house.

  33. Dawn Ruhl on August 25, 2019 at 7:56 pm

  39. SALVAGED by k. scott on August 25, 2019 at 8:00 pm

Looks great! How is the inside herb wall coming along?

  40. pam bradshaw on August 25, 2019 at 8:02 pm

This turned out beautiful. First time I’ve seen your channel and I’ve subscribed so I don’t miss any new videos.
Tip: Be sure to feed your bed of flowers once a week with a type of fertilizer that you add to water. You will have amazing growth and blooms if you do this weekly.
Love the trough and all the pretty flowers you used. Happy Week!

I found an old dining room chair without a seat in it. I put chicken wire in the bottom, you want to drop it down 8 to 10” and staple or wire it to the chair. Then put a coconut liner in it. Paint however you like. Fill with flowers. It looks really good if some of the flowers are a vine that drapes over the sides. I wish I could send a pic of mine. Very farmhouse.
