Hello. This video made me subscribe. I love all 3 projects. Was needing a tall pot for my front yard landscape & wanted to add some whimsy to my backyard garden.
Would you recommend covering the flower, welcome & bird in a sealer to keep the sun from fading the colors, so that they last longer?
Also, do you have a 99 Cent store in your area? If so, can you do some projects from that store also? Thxs

I’ve never had any luck with solar lights from Dollar Tree. Mine never shine that brightly. I will look for that style from now on.

I like the planter the best. 2nd I liked your welcome sign and lastly the solar signs. I really enjoyed the planter, that was really easy and very impressive looking when completed. If you haven’t figured it out, I like easy. I enjoyed watching very much. I don’t have much of an imagination unfortunately so I like getting ideas from you crafty people. Thanks.

I really enjoyed this video. Very creative. I would like to make the plant stand without a flower pot and use the top part to put a plant in. We get really heavy downpours here and I think drilling some holes in the bottom for drainage and adding rocks to the bottom would solve that problem.
    Thanks for sharing.

Hi Chantel, I just found your site and what brought me to it is your use of things bought at Dollar Tree. I’m also a gardner and use things bought there. My super buy was bought a few months ago. A box of Zinnia Seeds. They are growing in pots in my garden and are about 12 high. I love all the different colors. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing you use more merchandise from the Dollar Tree.

Very good ideas . Great job !! My favorite was of the adoptee

  32. Ms. Byrd on July 23, 2019 at 3:01 pm

Only two things I would say about the ‘planter’… first "Way to go!" It was ‘imaginative’! Secondly though, I would not ‘spray’ the ‘chemical’ paint INSIDE the planter, just in case I decided to plant directly into it and lastly I would have gone ahead and ‘popped’ out the ‘holes’ in both planters so water could drain from the flowers into the ground. That way you don’t ‘drown’ any plant that you grow in the planters. Good suggestions!

  33. Shanna Feaster on July 23, 2019 at 3:02 pm

    Trying all three.

  34. Christine Glick on July 23, 2019 at 3:02 pm
