What tool do you use to ‘pick up’ the lettering you are removing from the stencil?

Ok. I am a virgin DIY’R. I don’t know anything about how you do this transfer lettering. I don’t have a special machine but only the internet and printer. I want to make this sign. HELP ME.

Hi Shannon, love this sign, my kind of project. I’ve never made a small one like this, I make the big ones for the front of the house. I don’t have a cricut, I cut my stencils by hand, more work but ya do what ya gotta do….tfs

When using a cloth to apply stain, is it ok to let it hand to air dry and continue to use for future projects? If staining wood in the garage in summer time when it is hot in the work area, does a fan need to be used to prevent any combustion?

I never knew the Oramask was positionable like that! I have been using 651 so I will have to order some of that! Do you use contact paper or actual transfer paper to apply to your wood?

  20. Jasmine Johnson on June 16, 2020 at 7:10 pm

Hi there so I’m wanting to do a wood sign with stain like this but instead of using the vinyl as a stencil I’m using the lettering just wondering if you think the lettering will be fine as is or if it needs a clear coat over the whole project like a mod podge

  21. Celeste Amaya on June 16, 2020 at 7:11 pm

My stencil does not stick as good as yours does 🙁 would you know why? I have such hard times with it. Also tons of bubbles. I’m using the same vinyl as you as well.

  22. Garrett Roberts on June 16, 2020 at 7:12 pm

Where can I get this stencil at??

  23. Letty Cardenas on June 16, 2020 at 7:16 pm

I always get bleed through . Any tips you can offer? Thank you for sharing.

  24. Mom To Charlie on June 16, 2020 at 7:16 pm

Why does the Oramask have dots down the side?

  25. megacutegirl09 on June 16, 2020 at 7:17 pm

    Perfeito! 🤩🤩

  31. Person Incognito on June 16, 2020 at 7:26 pm

It’s really nice. it would be better with a voiceover rather than this music. Your words are hard to read when you’re focusing on what you’re doing also the words are slanted so it makes it even harder to read

  32. Crystal on June 16, 2020 at 7:28 pm

Which Cameo do you use? I heard the cameo 3 had a ton of glitches and I really wanted to buy one

  33. Donna on June 16, 2020 at 7:29 pm

Excellent job, I love it! Happy Mother’s Day! 💐

  34. Bernadette P on June 16, 2020 at 7:31 pm

I absolutely love it! Gotta use my sillhouse soon when I find a time!

A question, I noticed in your another channel that you apply varnish before paint it and this time it’s paint, which one would you advise better? Is it depends on Oracle vinyl?

  35. CC3 Mathews on June 16, 2020 at 7:31 pm

    That looks awesome!
No joke, I made a 5-ft WELCOME sign last month and not even a full day after, we found it kicked in and broken in half! I was shocked and totally deflated. I’ve wanted one for 2 years…

  36. Gabby Acosta on June 16, 2020 at 7:31 pm

  39. Megan Birdwell on June 16, 2020 at 7:36 pm

This is so lovely. Ive been looking for a sign that is smaller than the normal XL front porch ones! What size did this end up being?

  40. Jacki Clark on June 16, 2020 at 7:36 pm
