It could have used a power wash. Would’ve been 10xs better

  2. Susan S on May 2, 2019 at 9:05 pm

This is neither a yard nor a makeover. A more accurate title: "Watch us put a few pieces of plastic furniture onto our filthy cement pad."

For the life of me I can’t understand how people can watch something so nice and creative, yet only see negative. That’s just sad. Personally, I love it! It gave me inspiration to work on my lanai 💛🌸

  4. Debbie Lee on May 2, 2019 at 9:07 pm

You made something BEAUTIFUL out of that space! Very Creative and well done.Great job!!

Can I just tell u how much I
really appreciate that u are not cutting back and forth to u talking about ur makeover. It’s why I can’t watch ppl’s design videos. they never heard of voice over and want to be on camera so much talking about what I want to see.

  6. Evuii on May 2, 2019 at 9:09 pm

    I luv this

  7. Kittydoc90 on May 2, 2019 at 9:09 pm

    I’m seriously impressed-great job!

  8. Acylea on May 2, 2019 at 9:10 pm

Would’ve been better to clean the brick and put some plants in

  9. Rose McEwan on May 2, 2019 at 9:11 pm

Why didn’t they use potter plants and clean the concrete?

  10. (kiss)ME on May 2, 2019 at 9:13 pm

OMG Yassssssssss! Ok Dannyboy, you did that!

  11. Leigh Mackie on May 2, 2019 at 9:14 pm

Great job on a tiny budget. Well done!

  12. Lisa Preiss on May 2, 2019 at 9:14 pm

I am shocked that there‘s no bannister around this stairs!!! That looks dangerous 😬

  13. kim p on May 2, 2019 at 9:15 pm

  15. Carstella Moore on May 2, 2019 at 9:23 pm

And try to save up for 2 or 3 cans of paint to cover the outside brick I’m sure it would look amazing

  16. Jennie Smythe on May 2, 2019 at 9:23 pm

This is awful. First things first. You shouldn’t asked your landlord to power wash the brick and the ground. It’s covered. Looks so disgusting. I couldn’t even sit back there at all. As far as design goes idk man.

  17. Anti War on May 2, 2019 at 9:24 pm

Well done you. A winner attitude 💕👍🏽

You did a very nice job making this look so nice. Enjoy!!!

  20. Yeney Acuna on May 2, 2019 at 9:27 pm

Definately a transformation… but I would had painted the walls with a nice summery color to soften up the brick walls also real plants would had works brilliantly… overall nice job!😜jiji

  21. dperry1 on May 2, 2019 at 9:27 pm

dang… could have at least power washed the walls and grounds first before putting all those nice furnishings out. Now they will grow right onto the wood and furnishings…nice

  22. Par on May 2, 2019 at 9:30 pm

I would have power washed it and added real plants and a fountain.

  23. Miss Cleo on May 2, 2019 at 9:30 pm

A few potted ferns and parlor palms would be a nice addition in some of the hard looking corners.

  24. Debbie Belden on May 2, 2019 at 9:33 pm

You did great, I’d be there all the time

  25. the Lying Scotsman on May 2, 2019 at 9:33 pm

Looks great but I would have cleaned everything down first and maybe paint 6 ft all around the walls, good job though.

  26. Ed G on May 2, 2019 at 9:33 pm

Still looks like a sadomasochistic dungeon or a prison courtyard… sorry but you coulda power washed the gross cement floor and walls to get rid of the rodent/rat poop 💩 and urine stains. Would a cost of paint killed yah?

  27. Elizabeth Lushai on May 2, 2019 at 9:35 pm

Definitely looks better, but I feel you could have done more with your budget.

  28. Melody Macken on May 2, 2019 at 9:37 pm

    Absolutely brilliant. So well done.

  29. Silvia Porchiella on May 2, 2019 at 9:37 pm

You should paint all the wall and the ground in light grey to refresh

  30. Sue Hammond on May 2, 2019 at 9:39 pm

    Just add tropical plants.

  31. C B on May 2, 2019 at 9:40 pm

    👍🏼

  32. Julia D on May 2, 2019 at 9:41 pm

I wish you’d add a lot of low light plants to it as well!

  33. VeroAliJ on May 2, 2019 at 9:43 pm

I like that you worked with what you had and made a beautiful outdoor space

  34. Chantal Best on May 2, 2019 at 9:46 pm

It would be so much brighter and reflect more light if it was pressure washed, it looks nice but it’s icky furry

  35. cook n cook on May 2, 2019 at 9:46 pm

  38. Darth Vader on May 2, 2019 at 9:47 pm

😮 Wow! Fantastic Job. I’m good at decorating but definitely would of been stuck at your backyard. Love it!

  39. Ehelen Tharpe on May 2, 2019 at 9:48 pm

The furniture you linked on Amazon is $229 over. How is this a $200 makeover?

  40. S on May 2, 2019 at 9:48 pm

A good luck of paint needed to brighten the place

  41. Joslynn Sage on May 2, 2019 at 9:52 pm

    That cost more then 200

  42. Jade Bell on May 2, 2019 at 9:52 pm

Very well done.. gave me some ideas for outside area. Doesn’t look like you get much sun coz it you did you could plant yourself a salsa garden , cilantro, green onion, tomato cherry work too a spicy pepper. Salsa gardens are fun to grow. An if not enough sun.. the fake plants look good too .. very nice I enjoyed your video and look foreword to watching more.. thank you.

  43. Tami Weber on May 2, 2019 at 9:52 pm
