    It’s Beautiful
I painted a concrete wall in our back yard with a terra cotta color paint . A stencil would be beautiful !

  3. Sharon Cummins on June 10, 2020 at 6:09 pm

Hi Monica! I love your porch! Loving the pink! Our porch is painted concrete. It does seem to chip pretty bad. Maybe we were supposed to put a sealer over it? It does make a nice change though, and a cleaner look. Concrete just seems to want to stain pretty bad.

  4. Sharon Yellow on June 10, 2020 at 6:09 pm

OMG! I love that big window🌞I’m sure it’s a lot to keep up with. But everything turned out so cute😊

  5. Lorena C on June 10, 2020 at 6:10 pm

Hi Monica, 🙏 praying all is well ❤, the porch looks nice and comfortable, not overdone. Miss watching your videos

  8. Jody Chiasson on June 10, 2020 at 6:13 pm

I have painted my concrete porch before. A previous owner used a slick concrete paint and within a few years it had almost completely peeled up and was very slippery when it was wet. We had to scrape up the old paint (very painstaking process!!) and we painted over it with a rough (sand based) concrete paint. The color choices are very limited (and not all that pretty). That was about 6 years ago and it has held up pretty well. I would HIGHLY discourage you from painting it!! And on a side note, regular exterior paint wouldn’t hold up very well to traffic either.

Looks amazing!! The silk geraniums are such a great idea!! I have issues with my front porch flowers dying too 😩 So this is a perfect solution and they looked so real!!

Nice. Love the black and white. TFS

  14. KCK on June 10, 2020 at 6:19 pm

So pretty, Monica, but I’m not surprised. The color of your wall that you want to change is the color of most of the interior walls in my house, and I’ve only just realized how much I hate it. Don’t know why, it’s not in and of itself a bad color. Just feels… drab or something. But I’m renting, so I really hate to ask my landlady about painting or spending the money when I don’t know how long I’m going to stay here.

  15. Ligia Zavala on June 10, 2020 at 6:20 pm

I was going to suggest painting a stencil on the concrete right before you mentioned. Lol. Everything so nice.

  27. Melissa Lewis on June 10, 2020 at 6:34 pm

Lol why would you think they would die for, real plants?? They do need watered but the beauty real plants add cannot be replaced with fake flowers. Ferns last forever and are gorgeous and easy to care for. I love taking care of all my plants, they are like my babies!!🤗
