Something like this done by the pro will probably cost at least 10k. Im very impressed with the work you’ve done, something I would love to do to my patio too but too scared to do it myself.

  14. Omega Ranch on August 17, 2020 at 9:53 pm

Nice job! I’m going to build one 10’x40′ and use glulam beams so that I only need 3 posts to span 40′. Were your joist on 24" centers? Why did you chose that time/labor intensive batten technique instead of just lying them on top of the joist? Thank you!

  25. Devon English on August 17, 2020 at 10:12 pm

What’s the material you used to build this?

  26. Mr Gamer Dad on August 17, 2020 at 10:15 pm

I was building my patio cover 100% off this video. This morning I put up two panels and noticed that the clear gray Suntuf do not have the same shade as the video. I went back over the video and noticed that there was some sort of tarp underneath to give it that much shade. I’m replacing the panels to some that gives better shade. But overall I Loved the video.

    Excelente trabajo "familiar".
    Muchas gracias.
