I’ve always failed at drawing faces, people, animals, but have always been pretty good at drawing nature.. this is definitely helping me learn and showing me the basics so they actually look good!

I’m catching up, randomly… but.. I must say.. I fall into, ‘drawing/art for a long time’ I Absolutely enjoy the way you teach, and, the bonus content is great.. I honestly haven’t looked THAT Far- jyst bc it’s my "busy Season" right now. I know this is an older video- but, may look into the higher patreon tiers.. I am inspired by your videos, no matter if I’m doing the same "Type" of art as I’m doing at the time- or not. And… if I’m in a slump- a "Shayda Short", is like a Mood Boost… I’ve started a New planner, that’s more personal, bc I see it differently now.
    Thank you.

What lead size are you using? Is that eraser just basic like the staedtler ones or something special?

  33. Sunny O. on July 31, 2020 at 9:50 pm

I just discovered your channel. I never used patreon but I am considering joining now for your channel. I have a weird question, I notice how you place the pen/pencil on your hand. Is this the best way to draw?

  47. ka8byrdie on July 31, 2020 at 10:04 pm

These are fabulous and I will subscribe to the lessons. BUT it would be great to slow down on the sketching? Like ..sketch them at your regular speed but slow it down for the video ?? You go so fast it’s hard to follow how you get the shapes .
