What a fantastic idea,I love it. I have exactly the same door mat and trash can and I’ve grown tired of them.. planter here I come .
    .thanks..

  5. Kim Michelle on October 6, 2019 at 3:54 am

Should have planted a lot more flowers….. And chosen assortments of bold beautiful flowers in color and in height….. That would really make the planter stand out.

  6. Frani Dance on October 6, 2019 at 3:56 am

    Clever and creative..I like..๐Ÿ˜Š

  7. kirby waite on October 6, 2019 at 3:57 am

Bad idea and even worse workmanship. The glue would never hold that rubber doormat to the plastic trashcan for any kength of time. This makes me think of a scrumpdiddlyunptious video.

  8. Kim Dotson on October 6, 2019 at 3:58 am

Not a bad idea at all!!!! It just needs a larger plant! Stop being so critical of great ideas! Dont like it dont make it. Move on.

  9. 1979 Hellcat on October 6, 2019 at 3:58 am

Thatโ€™s probably the best vid yet…looks beautiful!

I have this exact trash container in the exact same color. I prefer it as my trash container, lol!!

  14. Murdina Ina on October 6, 2019 at 4:02 am

Not a bad idea. However, I would have personally liked a larger plant "space" for my plants. In addition, that faux facade on the trash can, albeit a clever idea, didn’t quite appeal to me. I might have chosen something not as bulky, but still looking attractive. Lastly, the color overall, to me, was too dark. A more neutral, vibrant or even white would by far, bring this hack to even greater appeal. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Well almost everyone that commented here was a complete ass hole (par for the course of the dumpster fire that is youtube) but I’d like to compliment this simple & I think elegant looking diy! Couldn’t be easier & the end result was great ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜˜

  34. Tom Landon on October 6, 2019 at 4:25 am

    You didn’t specify the glue!

  35. Rosann Supino on October 6, 2019 at 4:26 am

I wouldn’t go through all that for a trash can or as a plant container. It’s not high end.

  36. Connie Murphy on October 6, 2019 at 4:26 am

    awsome ๐Ÿ™‚

  37. Sherry Panov on October 6, 2019 at 4:28 am

The crafts are cool, but that music……. woof

  44. chiqichiqi on October 6, 2019 at 4:35 am

I would use the mat as a stencil otherwise I donโ€™t think it will stay on.

  45. Magical Adventures Await on October 6, 2019 at 4:36 am

I think Iโ€™ll spend the extra $20 and get the real deal.

  46. Juli Jerome on October 6, 2019 at 4:37 am
